Shipping Policy

General timelines: Shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note: This is estimated, not guaranteed! Please contact us directly by email, if needed by a certain date.

        All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping times and methods may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.  Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping provider and are not guaranteed by Kate Chambers Designs.  We will provide tracking information for your order so you can monitor its progress.   Kate Chambers Design is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays or carrier issues. Once an order has shipped we relinquish control over to the shipping provider and can only provide the tracking number for reference.

      We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider once the package has been shipped.  If you experience a shipping delay, please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.  We are happy to work with you on locating the package but unfortunately we don’t have any special privileges as a shipper as far as a direct line to contact the shipping provider, we have the same access as you. 

     Once an order has processed and shipped the shipping fees are non-refundable.  Most orders ship together but some orders containing various personalized items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

      LOST PACKAGE:  If an order is lost please contact us and we will report a lost or stolen package. Please note we can file a claim with USPS  after 15 days has lapsed and varies with UPS.

      DAMAGED PACKAGE:  If an order is damaged please contact us with photo evidence (required by all shipping providers) and we will report a damaged package and offer a discount, refund or replace the goods.  Each case is unique and outcomes based on a case by case experience.

      DELAYED PACKAGE:  If your package is delayed with USPS or UPS, we have found based on experience, if you click on the tracking then more info, and request updated tracking info via text and email the package starts to move.  We are unsure if it alerts the location of the carrier where the package may be in limbo to locate the package but 9/10 the package starts to transit again.
