HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

At the moment I do not have a shopping cart feature on my website.  I do accept orders via email: info@katechambers.com or via my etsy shop here.   When placing an order please describe item you would like, estimated quantity, estimated date you would like them, and any specifics for layout, fonts etc.  Please see color chart, pricing, and fonts located on bottom left of menu tab.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER?

I promise to process orders as quickly as possible. For existing designs you will receive your proof within 2 business days unless advised otherwise.  For custom designs please allow 5-7 business days for a proof.  After proof is finalized and approved, please allow 1-2 days for printing and 2-3 business days for shipping depending on location within the US.  

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I currently accept cash, venmo, check, credit card, or paypal.  

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship via USPS within The United States to anywhere in the world, domestic and international shipping rates apply.  You will receive a tracking number when your item has shipped.

 

MAY I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Custom orders can be arranged, please email me to discuss.  Due to the nature of custom orders and the time involved there is a $25 design fee and $75 minimum paper purchase.  Custom orders take longer than the standard proofing time frame.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for proofs when placing a custom order.  

WHAT IS A SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGN?

A semi-custom design is using existing artwork from another card.  Any design can be used on any card.  Depending on the artwork we may be able to change the color.  We can certainly change the layout and fonts for any card.

 

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

Yes if I am able, please note rush fee applies- 30% of order total.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

All items can be gift wrapped in cello bags with ribbon, please specify when placing an order.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Personalized items are non-refundable unless Letter Love Designs has made an error. If an error has been made, please contact me promptly at info@katechambers.com and I’ll be happy to make it right quickly!
